On Wednesday 21^st April 2010, Neil Mc Gahey, a chef with lots of experience in the Hospitality industry put on a marvellous demonstration of his cooking skills. Students’ were amazed at his culinary skills and expertise. The aroma and appearance of the dishes produced created a first class impression of the work and skills required within the hospitality industry. Students’ keenly participated in the demonstrations and had the opportunity to sample the dishes produced on the day.
