In expressing his delight at the superb results, the Principal of Omagh CBS, Paul Brannigan stated, “The Christian Brothers Grammar School in Omagh continues to provide a centre for the highest academic achievement for the young men of West Tyrone, providing them with a route to the best universities and colleges of higher education. The young men who have achieved these excellent results at both A and AS level are a credit to their parents and teachers and they should be very proud of their achievements. All of our students have worked hard to produce great results in a wide variety of subjects and their hard work deserves the highest praise. The class of 2010 has produced these brilliant results because of their diligence, the excellence of the teaching they have received and the exceptional support of their parents. I wish them well as they move on to the colleges and universities of their choice. Despite uncertain times in education and the economy, Omagh CBS continues to provide an excellent educational service for the young people of West Tyrone both in terms of academic achievement and in personal development which has served this class of 2010 so well.”
